Men’s Sizes

• S: Chest 91–96 cm, Waist 76–81 cm, Hips 91–96 cm

• M: Chest 97–102 cm, Waist 82–87 cm, Hips 97–102 cm

• L: Chest 103–108 cm, Waist 88–93 cm, Hips 103–108 cm

• XL: Chest 109–114 cm, Waist 94–99 cm, Hips 109–114 cm

Women’s Sizes

• XS: Bust 79–84 cm, Waist 60–65 cm, Hips 84–89 cm

• S: Bust 85–90 cm, Waist 66–71 cm, Hips 90–95 cm

• M: Bust 91–96 cm, Waist 72–77 cm, Hips 96–101 cm

• L: Bust 97–102 cm, Waist 78–83 cm, Hips 102–107 cm

How to Measure

1. Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust, keeping the tape horizontal.

2. Waist: Find the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button, and measure snugly.

3. Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, ensuring the tape stays level.
